The Eggies “system” is a way to create hard boiled eggs without the shell. If you have struggled getting the shell off of eggs to the point where your fingers were bleeding or you ended up just throwing the egg away, then this is for you. You will actually have fun making hard boiled eggs.
How Does It Work?
Instead of boiling an egg in its shell, you simply crack an egg into the Eggies and boil them. What is great about this is that you can boil just egg whites, too. So, you simply crack, cook, and twist off the top and an entire hard boiled egg will pop out – but without its shell.
This is ideal for people who like to make egg salad sandwiches or deviled eggs and really takes all of the work out of the process.
